Southwestern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission. Commission staff are partnering with the community to develop a new strategic plan and comprehensive plan for Lancaster. Also, the regional planning commission’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy lays out a regional approach to economic development, including extensive labor, income, education, and housing data.
