🍂 Leaf Pickup Update for Our Residents 🍂
Our Public Works Department is hard at work keeping up with the fall leaf season! Here’s what you need to know about leaf collection this month:
✅ Schedule:
Leaf pickup is done daily, Monday through Friday.
Because of the high volume of leaves and our current short-staffed crew, it takes about one week for the truck to make it all the way through town. Each street will be covered approximately once every 7 days.
🍁 How to Prepare Your Leaves:
- Rake leaves to the curb or within 5 feet of the curb — this helps the leaf collector reach them efficiently.
- Please keep sticks, branches, and other debris out of leaf piles to prevent equipment damage.
Leaf pickup will continue through the end of November.
