Anonymous Tip

As a community service, we are providing anonymous tip capability for people to send leads and tips to the Lancaster Police Department. The information pertaining to illegal activity is communicated in real-time to our agency allowing investigation before the crime becomes a major incident or tragedy. This is an extremely beneficial tool for law enforcement that facilitates tips from victims, witnesses and other citizens who might otherwise be afraid to come forward.

Please use this Anonymous Tip form to help local authorities to receive important tips on:

• Child, Domestic or other forms of abuse
• Harassment
• Gang or drug activity
• Any type of suspicious or illegal activities

Please remember it is unlawful to provide false information.

Tips are not monitored 24/7.  

All tips are investigated but since we do not know who is leaving the tip, we cannot reach back out to you to inform you of the outcome.
