Support Lancaster City Projects
The City of Lancaster is dedicated to enhancing our community through meaningful and lasting improvements, but we can't do it without your help.
We’re currently seeking donations for two important local projects that will serve and honor our residents:
Cemetery Flagpole Replacement- Help us raise the flag!
Our city cemetery is a place of remembrance, reflection, and respect. The central flagpole, a symbol of honor for our veterans and loved ones, is in need of replacement. Your donation will help restore dignity to this sacred space and ensure our flag flies proudly above those who served. The cost estimate of installing a 30' Aluminum Flagpole is $3,900.
Police Department Evidence Room Upgrade
A secure and expanded evidence room is essential to help comply with state requirements for agencies to utilize a secure locker inside our secure evidence room. Your contribution will help fund upgrades to our Police Department's evidence storage facility, security, and public safety. The estimate for opening up the wall between the evidence room and front entrance side lobby is $10,000.
Lancaster Fire and Rescue Building Improvements
Delta 3 Engineering has finished architectural plans for a top-to-bottom renovation of the Lancaster Fire and Rescue Building. The plans sketch out a range of physical, operational, and safety improvements that will:
- Protect existing members
- Set the stage for the next generation of volunteer EMTs and firefighters who serve the City and the five surrounding towns
- Make the kinds of repairs and upgrades that any 30-year-old building needs Delta 3 estimates construction costs at $1.7 million to $2.2 million.
